AI Agents

AI Agents: Your Digital Workforce

AI agents are software workers that understand a task, use your business information, work across your systems and complete workflows, with human oversight wherever you want it.

What is an AI agent?

A chatbot answers. An agent also acts.

An AI agent takes a goal, decides the steps, uses the right tools and data, and completes the work. It updates the CRM, files the invoice, books the meeting. Unlike a fixed script, an agent copes with variation, and it hands off to a person when a case needs judgement.

AI agents never replace your judgement. They take the repeatable work, run it consistently and hand over to your people when a case needs a human decision. Selected workflows can run continuously, including after hours.

AI + human: better together

When the AI Needs a Person, It Hands Over Properly

A good handoff isn't "please hold." The agent passes the full conversation, what it already tried and what it recommends. Your team picks up mid-story, not from zero.

For each agent, you choose how much autonomy it has

How agents stay safe

Safety is designed in, not bolted on.

  • Human approval for sensitive actions
  • Role-based access so agents see only what they need
  • Activity logs for every action
  • Clear escalation to your team
  • Test-before-launch on real cases
